This project is a twin residential towers in Iraq, on a total built-up area of
approximate 36,000 Square meters.
The building consists of Basement, Ground, 2 Podium parking, and”
residential floors, plus roof and upper roof.
Tower (11 housing 75 residential apartments (one and two bedrooms).
Tower (2) housing 55 residential apartments (one and two bedrooms).
Roof Floor contains mechanical services like chillers, air handling units ,
… etc.
