Emirates Real Estate Corp. “EREC” operates the food quality lab buildings in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The building occupants experience some difficulties and feel uncomfortable with the HVAC system. EREC seeks the expertise of our team to identify and solve the HVAC problem and do the following scope:

SCOPE OF SERVICE

Scope of service for this project includes:

• Site survey to make as-built drawings for the existing HVAC system equipment and installations.
  
• Technical detailed analysis of the existing HVAC system.
  
• Heat load calculation to verify system capacity -Suggest technical solutions for the effective operation of the existing system
  
• Provide technical suggestions to enhance system efficiency and operation.
  
• Recommend technical suggestions with minimum rearrangement of the existing system or any other requirements for enhanced system performance
