Ramhan Island is a naturally shaped heavenly island, located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. It carries all the charm of nature from bays and mangrove trees. The incredibly designed masterplan offers waterfront luxury villas with high-end amenities, a world-class Marina with state-of-the-art shopping and fine dining experiences, unrivaled hospitality with a luxurious hotel and serviced residence, besides a tranquil wellness center amidst serene surroundings and open bay views.

Rahman is a 4 million sqm island situated on the North eastern Side of Abu Dhabi City. The island is located East of Saadiyat Island, adjacent to Al-Fahid Island, with

proximity to Yas Island. Most of the island is envisioned to be developed for waterfront single-family units. It will hold a world-class destination marina containing a residential, retail, and F&B promenade and a hospitality component.

The previously described location creates a great opportunity to cater business and entertainment activities. Retail component can include F&B, services and entertainment outlets with mixed-use apartments while an exclusive zone can be dedicated to the Hotel and Serviced apartments.
