The project comes under Dubai Government initiatives to expand affordable housing for the emirate’s struggling middle-income groups, which will help increase domestic consumption as well as help accelerate the emirate’s economic growth of 4.5 percent.
The project comprises low-cost residential units (Town Houses, Low rise buildings) as well as service areas to accommodate shops, schools, and other services.
SCOPE OF SERVICE
Scope includes detailed design for MEP services of residential units including:
- Lighting and small power
- LV power distribution.
- Telecommunication systems. – Fire detection system
- Fire fighting system.
- HVAC system
- Drainage/water supply systems
