This project is a B+G+3+1 residential building on Warsan Fourth, Plot No. IC3-H-13 with an approximate total built are of 10,000 Square meters.
The building houses studios and 1-bedroom apartments with a total number of 58 residential apartments.
The roof floor houses mechanical equipment like chillers, air handling units, water tanks … etc., and building design considers all local authority requirements including Tarakhees, EHS, and green buildings.
Scope of service includes detailed design for the following disciplines:
