The project involves the development and long-term management of a serviced residential community, including the construction of new infrastructure such as community facilities and sewage treatment systems. It also covers the upgrade and continued operation of an existing residential compound. The development is planned to house approximately 2,852 employees supporting the Marjan and Zuluf oil and gas production and operations in the Eastern Province, about 270 km north-northwest of Dammam.
