IGG International Golden Group, Advanced Industries which based in Tawazun Industrial Park (TIP). With the objective of expanding IGG’s position as a prominent role-player in the ongoing development of Abu Dhabi’s defense industrial capability.
IGG intends to build a new production and maintenance facility at Tawazun Industrial Park TIP with an approximate built up area of 35,000 Square meter.
The Facility includes 3 story administration building, Mosque, Integration facility, multipurpose light and heavy industry workshops, Naval application facility, Heavy equipment and spare parts warehouses.
The service facilities includes, Chiller yard, Substation, Compressed air network, painting workshop …etc.
Scope of service includes detailed design for following disciplines:
– Lighting and small power
– MV/LV power distribution.
– Telecommunication systems.
– Security and access control systems. – Fire detection and voice evacuation. – Firefighting systems.
– HVAC system.
– Drainage and water supply system.
– Compressed air network.
– Storm water system.
– Landscape and irrigation systems.
